Pursuant to applicable safe harbour provisions including DMCA Section 512(d), Eromami acts as a neutral information location tool. We provide a specialized interface to help users navigate to publicly available digital content provided by independent third-party publishers and external web sources. Eromami does not host, store, upload, cache, or manage any image files, video files, comics, or manga content on its servers.
3.3 Third-party content
The Service may contain links to, or facilitate access to, third-party websites and services not owned or controlled by Eromami. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, availability, or practices of any third-party sites. 4. EROMAMI PRODUCTS

4.2 Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscription tiers are billed on a recurring basis as specified at the time of purchase. 4.3 Passive conduit — no liability for misuse
