Cancellation policy
1. OVERVIEW
This policy applies to all paid subscription plans offered by Eromami and its Products, including but not limited to the manga reader and anime streaming service. By subscribing to any paid tier, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy in full.
2. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Eromami offers products on a freemium model. Free tiers are available at no cost. Paid subscription tiers are billed on a recurring basis — monthly or annually depending on the plan selected at the time of purchase — and will continue to renew automatically until cancelled.
You are responsible for managing your own subscription, including keeping your payment details up to date and ensuring renewals do not occur if you no longer wish to use the service.
3. CANCELLATION
3.1 Your responsibility to cancel
Cancellation of your subscription is your sole responsibility. Eromami does not cancel subscriptions on your behalf as a matter of course. You must cancel your subscription directly through the payment method or platform used at the time of purchase — for example, through your PayPal account or any other payment provider used.
Instructions for cancelling through common payment providers are typically available within your account settings on those platforms. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the cancellation process for the payment method you have chosen.
3.2 Contacting support for assistance
If you are unable to locate how to cancel your subscription, you may contact us at [email protected] for guidance. We can indicate the steps required to cancel through your payment provider. Please note that contacting support does not itself constitute a cancellation — you must complete the cancellation through your payment provider.
3.3 Notice period
Any cancellation assistance requests submitted to [email protected] must be made no fewer than 30 working days before your next billing date. Requests submitted after this window cannot be guaranteed to prevent the next renewal charge, as processing times vary by payment provider and are outside our control.
3.4 Effect of cancellation
Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period for which you have already been charged. Access to paid features will cease at the end of that period. No partial-period credits or prorated refunds will be issued.
4. NO REFUND POLICY
Eromami does not offer refunds under any circumstances. All purchases, including subscription payments, are final and non-refundable. This applies to:
- All paid subscription tiers across any Eromami Product
- Partial billing periods remaining after cancellation
- Cases where the user did not use the service during the billing period
- Cases where the user forgot to cancel before a renewal date
- Accidental purchases or renewals
This no-refund policy reflects the nature of our services, which are digital and made immediately available upon payment. Once access is granted, the service is considered delivered in full.
If you believe a charge was made in error due to a technical fault on our part, you may contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and respond at our discretion. This does not constitute a guarantee of refund.
5. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us is considered a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to the Service for any user who initiates an unwarranted chargeback. We will respond to all legitimate disputes raised through proper channels in good faith.
6. FREE TRIALS
Where a free trial is offered, it will be clearly communicated at the point of sign-up, including the duration of the trial and the subscription rate that will apply at the end of the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be charged the applicable subscription rate. Trial charges are subject to this same no-refund policy.
7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Eromami reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Your continued use of any paid subscription following a change to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
